What is a Hunt Group?
Hunt groups, or line hunting, is a call forwarding feature that redirects incoming calls to a group of users of your choosing. Using a line hunting ring strategy will simultaneously ring all numbers in the hunt group, one single incoming call can loop through the hunt party. If the call remains unanswered, a message may be taken by a voicemail and forwarded to the group or person.

- The seconds timeout before trying the hunt group enables you to delay the time before this hunt group kicks in. If you set this a 0 it will work straight away. A example of this is if you wanted the number to ring on the main phone first and then if no one is available it will ring the hunt group.
