What are available and work hours. 


Basically this is what times you want your phones to ring and setting different rules after hours.  Here is how to set it up


  • Login to your portal on https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz
  • Click on Cloud PBX in the top menu
  • From the numbers listed on the web page click the number you want to work on
  • You will get a menu like this
  • Click on Preferences, you will get a menu like this

  • Click on Time Schedules, you will get a menu like this

  • Put ticks in the days you want to activate the schedules and decide the times as above.
  • Goto the bottom and click save
