- Select Personal details from the menu bar on the left.
- Go to the Bottom of the page and you will have fields like this
- Enter your current password, then your new password and confirm your password. NOTE!!!!! if you select Full account password Change you will need to update the password/s on all devices / PBX systems
- Once you have selected Full or Account password change, click this button.
- All details have now been updated
In case you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password button and follow the instructions there.
Note: Once you verify the updated email details, you can resume your activities on your account.
